TERMS OF SERVICE.

POSTAGE
Please allow Jemini Jewellery 2-5 days to process and make your order once payment is completed.

SHIPPING
We offer standard untracked shipping of $4.99, express shipping of $11.99 and international shipping of $12.99 with every purchase using Australia Post. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Standard Shipping: 2-7 Business Days from dispatch date and Express shipping 3-4 Business days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your order is delayed due to a production reason on our end we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of your new estimated arrival of delivery.

EXCHANGES
Jemini Jewellery will happily exchange items if they have been visually damaged in transit or if the order has been sent incorrect on our end. If you are looking to exchange an item please send us an email at support@jemini-jewellery.com

RETURNS
Jemini Jewellery has a policy of 7 days since receiving your order. Once these days have passed unfortunately we are not liable for any returns, exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible f
or a return, your item/items must be unused, in the same condition and with the packaging that you received it in.

*Returns will not be applicable if
- The item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery date

To complete your return, we require you to email email us with an image of the item included.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received, Jemini Jewellery will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you if your product is valid for a refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and an exact credit will be applied to your credit card or other method of payment and will be received within a certain amount of days depending on banks.

WATER USE
We advertise the majority* of our products as ‘wearable in water’ due to our use of 18k gold and stainless steel, however we do suggest keeping jewellery dry when possible this is up to the customers choice.

We advise to keep the ‘Signature Chilli’ collection and toggle clasps out of water for  longevity.  
Sweat, perfume, fake tan and climate may also play a factor in the tarnishing of our jewellery, although unlikely. 
Returns, refunds and exchanges due to visible tarnishing after 7 days will not be accepted. 
*Items will be noted under product information if advised to be kept out of water.

SHIPPING RETURNS
To return or exchange your product back to us, please email us to receive our return shipping address.

If you are returning/exchanging your item due to your own wishes you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging the item due to an issue on our behalf, we will send stamps with the new item to return the unwanted goods and your return shipping will be covered. 
Depending on your location the estimated shipping return dates will differ.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
